- In the description, we try to be as accurate as possible with the bead size and the length of the strands however, we will not reimburse for slight bead size differences or strand length differences because sometimes we nor the manufacturer cannot control. These are all approximate in size.

- Please note that not all beads on every strand are going to be perfect. Most beads are made of natural stones and will have color variations, color textures, and color transparencies. For handmade items, please understand that each bead in each batch will be slightly different. Each person has their own way of knotting, cutting the beads. We also have items that are completely natural, and each bead or stone will slightly vary. That is the beauty of natural items!

- At our price point, we do not reimburse for a few defective beads on a strand. That is not to say we will be unreasonable if a strand is significantly flawed.

- We will not accept a return if the hole size of a bead does not fit your string. Please see size of our beads before purchase.

- For our 18K Gold Plated and Platinum Plated items, they are real gold/platinum plated only, inside it is still made out of either copper or brass base. Since they are real plated , they are non tarnish and will last a long time.

- We do not combine separate orders, so be sure to place all items on one order or contact us as soon as possible. You MUST contact us for any changes regarding your order before we start your order. No changes can be made after we ship your order!
